Summary:
Beautiful flat ideally located in the center of Paris, near Beaubourg, Chatelet, le Marais, Hotel de Ville etc.
Lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars, cafés and places to visit.

The Space:
The flat is composed of 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a living room (with a comfy sofabed) and a large kitchen space with dining table and desk. 2 toilets. We provide towels, linen, soap, shampoo and kitchen essentials.

Guest Access:
Self check in and check out although to the extend possible we enjoy meeting our guests in person to welcome them in Paris!

The Neighborhood:
This is the beating heart of Paris. All trendy bars, cafés, restaurants are around there. As a tourist you'll be immersed in a typical part of Paris and delighted by the beauty of the old Marais.

Getting Around:
The flat is very central and you'll easily get anywhere with the metro closeby

I appreciated the kindness of the owner very much. The apartment is OK but there is very little if any natural light. The large attractive bedroom has a brick wall which is very pretty but bits of brick dust fall. Not sure what can be done about that. Location is great. It is not as fully wheelchair accessible as stated. There is a big step at the entrance. Lifting someone in a wheelchair is almost impossible unless there are at least two strong people. Still it was convenient and the area is terrific. Kind accommodating hosts. I would suggest leaving some basic things in the kitchen for arrival. Other VRBO homes do this. Coffee pods for example. Just a few.

Quick stop in Paris

Check in process was smooth with directions from host. Place was quiet and in good location for places to eat. Were here 2 nights and was just what we needed.

We had a lovely overnight stay. The process was easy and Bea very friendly and responsive. We liked the guides Bea took the time to develop and the location suited us well. We were a family of 5, 3 young adult sons and ourselves- the apartment was comfortable and accommodating.

Amazing experience and excellent location!

Was exactly as advertised. Nice cozy little flat, with upgraded kitchen and AIR CONDITIONING! Was pleasantly surprised to have AC in the unit, which only helped to enhance our comfortable stay. Thank you again to Bea for her very accommodating nature!

So beautiful

Location was great, near everything including tons of cafes. Apartment was extremely clean compared to others we stayed in, and the washing machine came in handy. A little more tight on space than the photos suggest, but still very good.

Central Location

Wonderful flat in a good area in Central Paris. Close to metro and a of restaurants. Small two bedroom flat that worked well for 4 adults and a teenager.

Great Location in Le Marais

When you read other reviews that say there is only one toilet in the apartment. That is NOT accurate. There are 2 toilets. There is one as soon as you walk into the space. I am sure other rentals assumed it was a closet. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were very nice. Location was great. Bea was extremely helpful with details and information for check in.

Mairey Paris

This Vrbo is a perfect 2 bedroom place in Marais. The beds are very comfortable. The pull out couch is also very comfortable. The location is walking distance to the Metro, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this location for your stay. I would definitely stay again. Bea is very easy to work with. Thanks for helping make my first stay in Paris a memorable one!!

Good spot in Marais

What a nice spot in a good location in Marais, Paris. Our family of four enjoyed our spot in this destination. The location is the best part of the property. It’s with an easy walking distance to public transportation, good restaurants, and grocery stores when you’re looking for something. Bea was very pleasant to deal with and extremely well organized. The check-in instructions were spot on and even though it requires multiple steps to be able to actually get through the front door it is well documented and easy to follow the instructions. The space itself is not terribly large, but was plenty adequate for our party. The only two areas that could have been a touch better was the amount of towels and washer/dryer situation. Both were adequate but it would have been nice to have a couple more towels. The washer worked well but the dryer left a lot be be desired. It was a good stay overall and would definitely go back.

Wonderful Taste of Paris

Clean, easy check in process and Bea is a very responsive host. The neighborhood is wonderful and we had 6 fantastic meals within steps of our place. Paris Kitchen right across the street for breakfast and Derrière for a delicious and delightful dinner. We will definitely be coming back to Paris❤️

Short break in Paris

The property is in a great location, very close to lots of bars and restaurants, within easy access to the métro and all the sights of central Paris. Communication with the host was excellent and check in was easy. The apartment is compact, with a fairly small living/kitchen area, 3 double bedrooms and only one toilet and 2 shower rooms. Fine for a short stay, nevertheless. The host has developed a website specific to the apartment, which was very useful. We enjoyed our stay in Paris!

3 day Paris adventure

We absolutely loved our stay in the 3rd. It was our first time to Paris and traveling with a teenager and 2 80 year olds and my husband from Wisconsin, USA was nerve wracking. He’s made me feel so welcome and comfortable and offered an entire guide of the flat and local places to visit. She even has walking/ running routes from the flat which was more than I could’ve ever expected. I understood prior to booking a stay in Paris that you can’t have the experience of being in the heart of Paris and have the typical “American luxuries.” The flat is located in a beautiful place and a short walk to the Seine and the metro, 30 min walk to the louvre. We mainly spent our time out in the city but one day was 100 degrees it was nice to have air conditioning to go back to. Thank you for your hospitality! We will definitely be booking with Bea again!

Clean and convenient

This is a very small but clean and convenient place. It was nice having 2 bathrooms. If you have a car it’s a little difficult because there is no parking. We had to park in a nearby parking garage. The listing lacked a picture of the outside view of the house. That would’ve been helpful. The host was very responsive and helpful! She created her own app which had all the information needed. Super helpful! I’d recommend this place.

Awful !

Building is under renovation the Apartment has no working no windows very dark and unsafe The front entrance is blocked with concrete bags and other supplies . The apartment was filthy white construction debris and dust everywhere ! We booked for 3 nights but left after one because the dust cloud made breathing difficult ,also the noise starting at 7:00AM Reached out to owner several times hoping for a refund for at least 2 nights but no response …. Avoid this apartment it is dirty and unsafe (wish I could post pictures) . The owners are unresponsive and rude This was the worst Vrbo experience we’ve ever had .

Excellent location.

We were 4 people. Two adults and two teenagers. The apartment is very compact but had everything we needed for a week in Paris. We were happy with the location. Very nice restaurants very close by. Also the metro was a short walk away. Enjoyed our time in Paris. thank you Beatrice, especially for the fondu restaurant recommendation!!
