This townhouse near Antibes’s old town offers a fantastic sea view. It is an apartment with two charming and characterful bedrooms, close to the Picasso Museum with a view of the ramparts.

The first floor has a spacious twin room with an en suite shower room with a toilet and a sink. There is also plenty of storage and air conditioning. You can sleep three people in this bedroom using the extra bed. The beds are 90x190 cm.

The second floor has a large double bedroom with sea views. The bedroom has a bathroom section with a bathtub and shower. There is also a separate toilet with a sink. The bed is 160x200 cm.

The kitchen and living room are open-plan and bright and sunny. There is a six-person dining table and a sofa with an accompanying coffee table. On the balcony is a table and chairs for two—perfect for enjoying the fantastic sea view.

A mezzanine, a middle floor with a low ceiling height, is above the kitchen and reached via a ladder.

You will love staying here. It is close to the heart of the Old Town and just a few minutes walk to Antibes shops, bars, restaurants, and beaches. The apartment has steep stairs, which are common in houses in the Old Town.
