Amazing place, stunning views and had all the amenities we required.Only negative to the apartment I would say was the beds weren't very comfortable and the bedrooms could do with some black out curtains as the sun woke me up every morning. Other than that perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Julia 1. The property was lovely and clean and had everything we needed, even a proper washing line (always a bonus). Mathew and his team were very efficient and went above and beyond to deal with a couple of issue we had whilst staying there even though it was a public holiday. I would definitely recommend staying here and we would have no hesitation in staying here again next time we visit Cyprus

All-in-all, good location with almost no noise around, clean house and fantastic pool - with a few minor details which could be improved.One suggestion: put a shade sail near the pool so guests couls enjoy de pool even during mid-day / early afternoon.

didn’t even go in that property never had a chance

Didn’t even get a chance to stop in the property the local agent cancel the day before we were due to travel terrible we were putting a property next to a building site and the noise from 6:30 in the morning till 530 in the night. I’ve got video proof terrible service.

Ideal location

Comfortable villa ideally situated near Coral Bay. Villa was very private and located well in Paphos near beautiful beaches and restaurants, all within a short drive

A lovely villa with sea and Mountain View’s.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Julia 1. We particularly loved the pool and sea and mountain views and proximity to Sea Caves and its lovely restaurants. The villa may benefit from a shaded/covered area, especially for larger groups. Despite being close to the main road from Coral Bay, this didn’t bother us and in fact made access to the supermarket and Paphos very easy. Overall a lovely stay and we would certainly consider booking again in future.

Great villa. Has everything we needed. Host responded to requests and resolved in a prompt manner. Would definitely visit again. Just to note that electricity is separate.

A perfect holiday

I stayed in villa Julia 1 for a week with my partner and my 2 adult sons. The villa was perfect. Set in a quiet private area but only a few minutes drive from supermarkets and a great selection of restaurants in Coral Bay and only 35/40 minutes from Paphos by car. Mathew and Anastasia were super hosts and they were very responsive to our queries. The villa is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed for a superb week. The gardens are full of fruit trees and the field next to the property is full of bananas. The pool was the highlight for us. It is an excellent size, spotlessly clean and always slightly warm - even at 9am ( in July). Not my first visit to Cyprus but first time to this beautiful villa - and I certainly hope it won’t be the last.

Very nice villa, well connected

We really liked our stay. Beds are very comfy and the private pool is gorgeous. You can reach all major tourist and hiking spots of the western part of Cyprus within 45 minutes by car. It wasn't an issue for us, but you should know that there is a busy street nearby, so the location is not as quiet as you might expect. Didn't keep us from napping at the pool, though. Electricity is billed seperately.

Lovely Villa located in a quiet but convenient location. The villa was well furnished and equipped. The management was excellent with very good response and excellent delivery of service.

Nice villa with a great pool and warm welcome

Our family had an absolutely fantastic time at this villa! The villa was super clean and tidy, which instantly made me feel at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome items; it was a nice touch! Communication with the team was super easy, making my stay even more enjoyable. They were always quick to respond and helped with any questions I had. The pool is the highlight of the property – great size for a private property with a nice view of the sea. You'll definitely need a car, but is very short drive to local shops and coral bay. All in all, this villa is a hidden gem. It's clean, the communication is top-notch, great pool, and stunning sea views. Plus, those welcome goods were a delightful surprise. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful private villa.
