Charming corner townhouse on two floors with space for 6 people with perfect
location in the lower part of Riviera del Sol. The house consists of one bedroom with
king-size bed on the second floor with en-suite bathroom and exit to balcony
overlooking the sea as well as one bedroom with two beds and private bathroom on
the entrance level. In the spacious living room you will find a dining area, fireplace
and sofa bed for 2 people.
The patio and the secluded garden are south facing with sun from morning to
evening. The common pool is only a few steps from the house.
Within 400 m you can reach restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, pharmacies and the
beach with Max Beach Club as well as Riviera sports center with padel, gym and
tennis. If you are a golfer, there are 10 courses within 15 minutes by car.
Bus and taxi stations that takes you to neighboring areas are also close to the
residence.
Malaga airport is 25 minutes by car from the residence and 15 minutes west you
reach Marbella and Puerto Banus.
This is a perfect home for those who want to live in a genuine Spanish environment,
