Oratge 3 Apartment – Your Perfect Seaside Retreat in Puerto Pollença



This charming apartment offers breathtaking sea views, a shared pool, and an unbeatable location just steps from the beach. It's within walking distance of restaurants and shops too. To make your stay more comfortable, we provide pool/beach towels, so you don’t need to bring any extra luggage!



Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.



It features two cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds, along with a modern bathroom with a shower.



The fully equipped kitchen makes home-cooked meals a delight, while the living room's panoramic views create unforgettable moments.



Oratge 3 is on the second floor with no elevator.



For larger groups, the Oratge 1 apartment, located directly below on the first floor of the same building, is also available. This makes it a perfect option for two groups wanting to stay close together while enjoying their own private spaces.

Great spot

Good property for exploring all the area has to offer. Well equipped, clean and convenient for shop’s restaurants etc. Lovely pool!

Fantastic location

Stunning, clean apartment with a brilliant location. So close to the beach with an amazing view of the sea. Close to all amenities. Spa a few minutes walk, beach bar and restaurants over the road. The port is about a 25 minute walk with so many choices of bars and restaurants well worth the evening stroll.

Amazing view in the living room to the sea and sky, a lot of space, good kitchen and bedroom The smell in the bathroom/flat was very bad, noise from neighbours was quite loud

Everythng was great - apart from the kitchen in particular was looking a bit tired and coudl do with updating. Little things like a cupboard door missing in the bathroom weren't great - as the property want cheap ( what we paid) so woudl expect a higher standard of finish and maintenance - bit overall would recoomend the apartment! Pool was quiet and it was clean

Location is superb, overlooking the sea, peaceful but close enough to be able to walk to the main attractions. Pool is decent but lacked any shade - no parasols and only 6 usable sunbeds between 12 apartments. Apartment was clean, neat and tidy but very basic. Disappointingly the balcony above the apartment was closed off.

Excellent Apartment!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the property. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is perfect ... it's very quiet but close enough to the beach and restaurants of Port de Pollença (10 minutes to the first beach and 20-30 minute walk to the main area by the marina). Ample private parking, a great pool, beach towels and an easy check-in process. They were also very accommodating when we had a last minute flight cancellation and needed to extend our stay by a night - even though we called just a few minutes before checkout. I would say the only feedback would be that if you plan to do any real cooking, the kitchen could be better stocked with utensils. It had the basics, but a few things were missing - cutting boards, spatulas, etc.

Verwohnte, kalte und abgenutzte Unterkunft

Der Aufenthalt begann mit einer notdürftig gereinigten Unterkunft. Putzeimer und Reinigungsuntensilien standen noch herum. Eine ganze Menge an Interieur war fehlerhaft, angerostet und abgenutzt. Das Sofa voller Flecken (somit für uns nicht nutzbar), Deckenleuchte im Bad defekt, Balkontür quietschte laut, SZ-Fenster hing nur noch an einer Befestigung, lose und dreckige Abdichtungen in der Dusche, Badfenster nicht anzukippen, Handtuchhalter lose und angerostet, angerostete Duschwand, Abfluss in Dusche lose, Schloß Eingangstür mit Checkkarte sehr einfach zu öffnen (nicht sicher), Eingangstür total verschlissen und aus dünnem Holz, div. Schranktüren behelfsmäßig (unfachmännisch) gestrichen, viel Interieur und Möbel sind billigstes Ikea-Kram, aufgequollene Arbeitsplatten in Küche, Herdfronten und Ceranfeld nicht gereinigt und stark abgenutzt, Besteck und Schubladen dreckig, Besteck und Geschirr nicht vollständig, Kühlschrank angerostet, Glastisch und Wozimmertisch nicht gereinigt, Fliesenfussböden nur gefegt und nicht gewischt, Haare im Waschbecken, auf Balkon Wendeltreppe verrostet, Balkontisch aufgequollen, kein Staubsauger vorhanden, Müll kann nicht entsorgt werden (fehlender Schlüssel), alle Fenster nicht gereinigt. Weiterhin unpraktische Einrichtungen wie fehlende Garderobe, Lichtschalter hinter den Türen (Bad+Eingangsflur), Badfenster steht geöffnet direkt über dem WC. Wir hatten laut Anzeige deutlich mehr mehr von der Unterkunft erwartet und wurden enttäuscht.
