Ideal holidays facing the sea in Port de l'Estany:
The house of 100m2 is located in the area of Port Estany of l'Ametlla de Mar in front of the sea only 45km from Port Aventura and 50km from Reus Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor with a large outdoor area with table and chairs, hammocks and barbecue. The three bedrooms have a double bed and four single beds. There is a complete bathroom with bathtub, toilet, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property and pets are allowed with an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax and documentation. Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Schöne Lage, Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage ist wunderbar, wir waren Ende Dezember da. Jedoch ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen und für die Jahreszeit nicht geeignet. Wir hatten eine mobile Strom-Heizung für das riesige Wohnzimmer und eine Klimaanlage im kleinen Flur mit Heizfunktion für drei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder (perfekt um mit Schwiegereltern mit offener Tür zu schlafen). Das alles reicht nicht um das Gebäude warm zu halten, geschweige die Feuchtigkeit rauszubekommen und Wärme reinzubringen.Somit mussten wir den Ofen anmachen, wobei Holz nicht gestellt wurde und wir kamen am Samstag nachmittags an und haben keins mehr bekommen (der Strand hat uns Sperlich ausgeholfen). Sobald wir kochen oder abwaschen wollten mussten wir eine Heizung ausstellen, ansonsten ist die Sicherung rausgesprungen. Handtücher gab es, aber keine Geschirrhandtücher.Also alles in allem ok mit Einschränkungen die nicht üblichsind.
