Santo Stefano is a beautiful, brand new villa with a private pool near to Castelfiorentino in Tuscany. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with en suite facilities, and the villa is superbly located to visit Tuscany with ease including the many centres of interest such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, the Chianti region and Valdera. Outside there are large, well-equipped areas and a stunning private pool. A lovely outdoor dining area is equipped with a table, chairs, barbecue and a wood-fired oven that has been set up right outside the kitchen.
Available to guests: private pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests (8 x 4 metres); private, well-equipped outdoor space: covered terrace furnished with a barbecue; 3 bedrooms, each one with en suite bathroom and shower; air conditioning and ceiling fans in every bedroom as well as the living room; panoramic view; Wi-Fi internet connection; parking.

Distances: Castelfiorentino with a good selection of shops 6 km, Certaldo 15 km, San Gimignano 26 km, Volterra 37 km, Florence (airport) 55 km, the renowned vineyards of Chianti Classico are around 50 – 80 km away, Pisa (airport) 65 km, Siena 70 km, the Tuscan coast (Cecina) 75 km, Lucca 95 km.

Ground floor : hallway, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, second double bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower (without window). 4 steps down: living area composed of sitting room, dining area and kitchen (fridge with water cooler, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, induction hob with 4 plates), WC; access to the covered outside dining area which has been equipped with a wood-fired oven and barbecue.
First floor: double bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower and access to a panoramic private terrace.
Lower floor (accessible from the living area via an internal staircase): room with pool table, football table, sofa, small library and board games; laundry room with washing machine, dryer, clothes rack and iron.

Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every bedroom and in the sitting room.

Beautiful house with incredible view over Tuscany landscape and very nice pool. Communication with Francesca/house-owner also very good. All questions/(small)problems where taken care off instant. The house would have been a easy 5-star if there wasn't a dog "hotel" next to the property. At given times the barking was very loud.

Overall good stay in a clean house/appartment in tuscany. 10-15 minutes drive from the village and medieval cities reachable within 30-60 minutes (we did san gimignano, volterra, Siena, firenze, Pisa, Lucca). Very friendly lady who welcomed us and was reachable via whatsapp in case of questions or remarks. The rooms were clean and very well equiped. The outside area was very nice, with pool and very beautiful views. What we would have appreciated was a table outside and a more light and a larger closet to store bigger personal belongings in the living room. Outside there were a lot of insects and pretty agressieve dadger flies that tent to attack us so it was not always very relaxing or easy to stay outside. Dogs (dog boarding facility?) next door made a lot of noise a few times a day which was annoying, but from the inside of the house this was not bothering us. The owners were not in the property during our stay so we had full privacy. Many camera’s on the property however for safety, not sure if they were on? REPLY: The villa is provided with a video surveillance system for outdoor areas (common areas only)
