Villa Alex,Two bedrooms,closed parking,heated pool. Living in Alex design villa – a unique accommodation with sea views, pool and outdoor barbecue. Calheta is famous for its particularly mild microclimate on the island of Madeira due to its sheltered location in the amphitheater of the high mountains. Warmer, sunnier and less windy - a balanced climate awaits you in both winter and summer. This particular location on the south coast also has the only sandy beach on the island. Due to the central location, you can reach the mountains as quickly as the north coast and the capital Funchal (30 minutes by car). The airport is about 40 minutes away. The detached house is perched 100 m above the sea and has an open view over the entire sea. Absolute peace: The special thing is that the house is not adjacent to any busy roads and some of the houses, However, the quiet house is in the best location in the village of Calheta. You can reach the "little paradise" by car via the road that ends in a dead end on the property below the villa: the electric entrance gate closes behind you,  parking spaces direct at the house. go down the stairs to the poolside. The cozy and spacious apartment has three bedrooms with access to its own large terrace with a direct 180 degree view of the sea. Your own terrace is completely protected, absolutely peaceful and extends the entire length of the house. Sun loungers and a covered dining table with 4 chairs for sunset dining are available on the terrace. The living room also has this open view of the sea. TV, a comfortable seating area and a second dining table with 4 chairs are located here. A fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living room. Cooking and eating out? No problem: in addition to your own kitchen in the apartment, the large barbecue area by the pool can also be used for cooking and eating. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, spacious closets, direct access to the private bathroom with shower and their own terrace with access to the sea. Both bedrooms also have sea views to make the most of the special sunsets. Free, W-Lan/Wi-Fi is available and on the seafront terrace for working and surfing. The annex's large, fully equipped outdoor kitchen can also be used. Washing machine, dishwasher, etc. are integrated here. You can open the wide sliding doors and the kitchen leads directly onto the large pool terrace. From the pool terrace you also have a wonderful view of the sea. Here you will also find the barbecue area for the evening barbecue and other sun loungers with parasols. You are welcome to use the pool, from where you can look directly at the sea below you with a drink in hand and the sunset. Warm outdoor lighting for the house and terrace provides cozy hours even after the spectacular sunset. This is one of the best places on the property to eat, relax and work. Of course also with spectacular views of the sea. Cleaning: Cleaning and linen change are provided. Bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine is available and can be used. A small rental car is recommended for touring the island. There are many walks around Calheta and the easy access to the Paul da Serra plateau with its many levada walks make this villa perfect. A few minutes' drive will take you to the resort of Calheta, popular with tourists and locals for its sandy beaches. There is a marina and a good selection of restaurants and bars and also a large supermarket. A tour of the "Engenho da Calheta" cachaça distillery is as worthwhile as a visit to the spectacular Centro das Artes art museum, overlooking the sea. Madeira is a paradise for those who enjoy walking and hiking, Calheta is ideally located with easy access to the road network and most places on the island. 15 minutes away are the beaches of Calheta, Ribera Brava and Ponta do Sol, the terraces of Jardim do Mar and Paul do Mar, the Laurasilva forest of Madeira (UNESCO World Heritage) and the lunar landscape of Paul da Serra reached 1,500 m. Ein Ort zum Seele baumeln lassen und Akku aufladen!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war klasse! Auf Fragen kam binnen kurzer Zeit eine Antwort. Der Ansprechpartner ist sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend! Bei Bedarf wird mit Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten geholfen. Das Haus ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begeht! Abgesehen von einem kleinen Problem mit der Elektrik (wurde in unserem Sinne schnell behoben) war es perfekt! Liebend gerne wieder!!!

Großartiger Meerblick

Ein tolles Haus mit großartigem Meerblick, etwa 7 Autominuten vom Strand in Calheta (mit sehr guten Restaurants und großem Supermarkt) entfernt. Über steilen Fußweg wäre Strand in 20 Minuten auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter Jorge ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich, hat z.B. die defekte Spülmaschine kurzfristig repariert und ein Aufladekabel für den Laptop organisiert. Gute Ausstattung: toller Pool, Tisch mit Sesseln auf der überdachten Terrasse, großer Sonnenschirm und 5 Liegen, Klimaanlage, Stellplatz hinter verschließbarem Tor. Man sieht im Garten in den Abendstunden Kakerlaken, deshalb ist es ratsam, Türen und Fenster ab der Dämmerung geschlossen zu halten.
