From this lovely townhome it's just a short walk to the Famous Nautical Beach Resort. The Nautical Beachfront Resort has been the premier resort in Lake Havasu City since the 1960s. The Nautical is the only beachfront resort in Arizona, and a landmark in the city's history. Built by city founder Robert P. McCulloch in 1964. Notable amenities include courtesy docks and free beach mooring (premium mooring in the Cove is extra), an executive golf course, and onsite watersport rentals, and three restaurants. The Nautical has hosted concerts, car shows, boat regattas, the Lake Havasu Balloon Festival, fishing tournaments and other events. The Nautical features three restaurants and bars, allowing guests to choose their dining experiences. Available April 1st through October 31st. Electric usage will be an additional add-on charge during the months of June, July, and August.
