Beautiful freshly remodeled condo close to the lake ,boat launches ,London bridge and all that Lake Havasu city has to offer .Two parking spots one covered for your car and extra long spot for your boat and keep your truck connected beach chairs, noodles and towels are available this is our vacation spot we use it often but when we’re not we open it up to people to enjoy please respect our property

Home away from home

This is my fourth time staying at this place. I been coming every year for Labor Day/bday. Just as the first time, I love it!! Clean, GREAT location, everything you need away from home. I’ll definitely be back next year 💕

Great place to stay

This place was awesome, very clean, a nice view of the lake, excellent location, I really can't find anything to complain about, I do recommend this unit and I would most definitely stay there again.

Love Lake Havasu City!

This condo is very comfortable - very clean, nicely decorated and pretty new furnishings. The owner is an excellent host - a hair dryer, paper products, dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags, bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, basic condiments, spices, coffee, bath & kitchen towels, a clean kitchen sponge are all provided as are extra blankets. The kitchen is stocked with basic needs. It was so nice to have a private laundry to use. Very nice place to stay!

Nice hide-a-way

The dwelling was very clean and exactly as seen in the photos. The king bed was so comfortable. The down side to the trip was that the upstairs neighbors were very loud throughout the day and into the night. Unfortunately that is something that happens when there are upstairs neighbors. That is the only reason for the 4 star rating.

Very nice place and central location.

Very clean nice place. It is a 4 unit condo complex and we were on ground level. During the day very noisy with heavy walking and chair moving. Good thing we didn’t spend a lot time there in the day time.

Our stay was great

My husband and I were truly grateful to find this little gem. Our Havasu home is under construction and we were unable to stay there but needed to be close so we could work on it. This was ideal for us! William is great and very accommodating when I needed to change the dates. I have already recommended this place to several friends.

Great little condo!

One of the best vacation rentals we've had the pleasure to stay in. Great location, well furnished with very comfortable beds. We'll stay here again when we return to Lake Havasu City!

Lake Havasu condo vacation

We loved the condo. Very clean, updated and comfortable! Close to everything. Our Host made sure there were clean towels, soaps, kitchen stocked with enough utensils and dishes too. The only thing that was a drawback was the noise of the traffic and the people residing upstairs from us. Both very noisy daily. The main bathroom fan didn't work and the tub drain was very slow. Thank you.

Awesome vacation stay

An outstanding place to stay: The host thought of everything. First, Mr. Jackson updated, furnished, and stocked this property beautifully and generously. The kitchen has everything you need, including a refrigerator, range, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, regular and decaf coffee, condiments, pots and pans, a variety of cooking utensils, dishes, cups, glasses, dishwashing detergent, etc. If you want to pack light but have a long vacation, you have the option of using the laundry room, although this is something we did not use during our short stay. The bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. If you so choose, you can relax on the sofa sleeper and stream shows on the roku TV. Second, the condo is so clean that everything looks new. Here I believe the host went above and beyond the call of duty because I’ve stayed in so many hotels, including expensive hotels, where the rooms or towels were not clean. If you experience any sort of anxiety when traveling, a clean and secure place to stay provides a source of comfort and trust that greatly enhances time away from home. Finally, with two bedrooms, two baths, and a sofa sleeper, the total price paid is a great value, even for only three of us. We stayed here to attend a conference for two days and then another two days of vacation. We hope to do so again and plan to stay here. Thank you!
