Walk to the Lake Cool Condo

Keep it fun and simple at this peaceful and centrally-located condo to what our beautiful Lake Havasu City has to offer. Walk to Rotary Park and into the lake, or laze at our beautiful pool and hot tub. Stroll minutes to London Bridge, movies, and fine dining. Spend the day hiking biking and exploring, or just hang out in our sparkling clean tropical dream one bedroom one bath condo. Amenities include wifi, 2 TV's, and a fully stocked kitchen for our guests. Your fur baby is welcome for an extra fee.
Amenities at Lakeshore Village include a pool, hot tub, one tennis court, barbeques and covered picnic tables in a designated area within the complex. The condo has a living area, small kitchen and dining area, one bedroom, one bathroom, one walk in closet, and a washer and dryer.
Guests will be able to access the condo, pool area, barbeque area, tennis court, and boat rv storage area.

The place that I rented last weekend was absolutely stunning. Could have never asked for a nicer place it was quite comfortable everything that one would need was there. Thank you so much for opening your home and allowing us to stay there.

I spent four days at the condo in mid October. The weather was amazing! The neighborhood is quiet, people are friendly. I stayed close to home this time instead of going out to see the sites. The condo is a very comfortable place during the day as well as the evening. The bed is very comfortable and gives you a really good nights rest. I enjoyed sitting at the dining area table, sometimes reading, most of the time putting a puzzle together. It’s a great getaway, whether you want to go see all the beautiful sites or just stay at the condo and relax.Anne is it very good and thoughtful host. She always leaves you some special Yummies and cold water in the fridge. I will continue to return and enjoy each and every stay.

Very nice and quiet! Great location!

My wife and I had a very nice time and enjoyed the property very much! It was clean, bottom floor and quiet so worked out perfect! Close to the London Bridge and convenient for all stores!

Perfect

Beautiful, extraordinarily clean and well appointed accommodations! Anne’s condo has everything you need and then some. The bed and living room is very comfortable and the condo is close to all the attractions but still quiet and very relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely Lovely

This is the perfect place for a couple. Everything you need to feel like a home away from home. Our host Anne always responded right away to any questions. Prefect location between Las Vegas and Phoenix!! So beautiful and peaceful!! Highly recommend!!

October break get away

This was hands down the cleanest rental I have stayed in on VRBO! Everything was great and so clean and everything we needed to clean and do laundry was there. Loved it was on the first floor. There were waters and muffins in the fridge when we got there! So sweet! Thanks you! The ac was amazing! I’ve stayed in the complex before where it was sketchy but not here. Thank you again so much! Awesome location to beaches! And pool was great! Cannot wait to come back :)

This property is so perfect. The park , the Channel and so many places to eat , within walking distance. The condo was immaculate and stocked with everything plus more than we needed. We were so happy. We will definitely rent here again if we have the opportunity thank you.

Great condo, perfect for two people! The location was the best as we were walking distance to the pool and driving distance was so close to everything. It’s was very quiet and relaxing. We would definitely come back to stay.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Just like home! Host was delightful through our communication. Just about anything you needed in the unit was provided (except for food haha) Lake access was around the corner. Good location by eateries! Yes, would stay here again Thank you Anne

Lakeshore at Lake Havasu

I just spent eight days with a dear friend and my sweet little dog Belle. The condo was like home away from home. It had everything we needed plus a quiet environment, a refreshing pool and was very close to London Bridge, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, the lake, parks, and just a whole lot of fun. Anne made us feel very welcome, even leaving us some yummy cookies. The condo was very well stocked with everything you would need and decorated nicely. I often use VRBO for my travels and this was one of the best I have ever stayed in.

Beautiful condo

The condo was extremely nice with everything we could possibly need. There were water bottles in the fridge and a bag of ice, and delicious cookies made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend and would definitely come back. It was very close to a beautiful beach but dogs were not allowed and we brought our puppy, but everything was fine because the London Bridge Beach was a 5 minute drive away so all was great! Thanks again, Anne!

Great condo

Lovely, clean condo close to everything! The owners welcomed us with bottled water, delicious muffins and a bag of ice...it hit the spot after a day of travel. Easy communication with the owners. We'll definitely be back!
