Melograno Apartment - Poggio le Crete

Il Melograno suite, is an exclusive apartment for 12 people nestled in a green complex called “Poggio le Crete” and located in Soiano del Lago. It consists of three separate units that share a private garden and a swimming pool.
Il Melograno apartment has four luxurious bedrooms, each with a private internal bathroom.

All rooms consist of a bedroom area with a double bed and a vestibule area with a sofa bed, table or desk.
The structure is accessed through a bright living room where there is a TV, a sofa and some armchairs with tables.
The spacious and bright dining area equipped with 12 seats houses a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and everything needed for cooking. In front of the large windows of the kitchen and bedrooms there are large porches that offer shelter from the summer sun and an ideal place for lunch, dinner and breakfast.

Poggio le Crete of new construction, with its modern and refined style, is made up of only three units that can be rented separately which also includes Apartment il Melograno.

The residence which is located in the hills of Soiano del Lago and is immersed in a large and silent green park with olive trees, it will allow you to spend wonderful holidays in tranquillity, absolute relaxation with the advantage of being in a place that is very easy to reach and strategically located for visiting the beauties of Lake Garda which is only about 2 km away.

The WiFi system is available throughout the building and there is a shared laundry room in the basement.

The property has private uncovered parking inside the completely fenced property.

Bed sheets and towels are included in your reservation, you will have a set for each person booking.
During check-in you will be required to pay the tourist tax as required by law.
All the guests must present themselves with a valid identity document at the time of check-in to carry out the registration of obligatory practices by law .
The keys will be delivered exclusively at our office in Via Barcuzzi, 41 in Lonato del Garda - 25017 Brescia during the scheduled check-in time from 16:00 to 19:30. Check out will take place from 8:00 to 10:00.
