Charmante maison de vacances d'une chambre avec terrasse privée et piscine chauffée située au cœur du centre de Nerja.



L'appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée avec un accès direct depuis la Calle Pintada. La maison comprend un beau salon ouvert et lumineux avec un canapé-lit, une télévision à écran plat et une cuisine ouverte avec tous les accessoires. Nous offrons Internet fibre gratuit.



Une jolie chambre avec lit double (160x200 cm) avec salle de bain attenante avec douche et WC. De la chambre il y a un accès direct à la grande terrasse avec un canapé et deux fauteuils et à la piscine chauffée. La piscine est ouverte toute l'année et est pour votre usage privé.

Lovely place , great pool and excellent service….would highly recommend for two people but doesn’t work very well for three or four due to the toilet and shower access off the main bedroom.

The outside area is stunning, it’s what really sets this apartment apart. Spotlessly clean Comfortable bed The building work was a nuisance especially on a couple of dates. We were however advised before arrival and fully understand there’s nothing that you can do about it

The location was very central and it was an easy walk to the centre of Nerja. The apartment was very clean and quiet. The outside space was brilliant with the pool, sunbeds and outside seating. We loved the place and have booked to come again next year.

The appartment was amazing! The backyard with the pool were fantastic and great communication with the owner! Even the pool got cleaned every 2 days. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend!

We stayed at this cozy well equipped apartment in March. It is in a nice quiet area for sleeping, yet a short walk to restaurants and beaches. Rubin met us at the apartment and explained everything to us. He was very friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very happy with our stay, it was great to receive clear instructions a few days before we travelled. The apartment and pool area was exactly as shown in photos. The pool area was especially nice, the lounge furniture was so comfortable and the lights at night gave a nice ambiance. It was very clean. A very friendly host, would happily stay again in the future.

I loved every minute of my stay here. Steffen was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early. The bed was very comfortable and I adored the outdoor pool space. The area is quiet and perfect for walking about and there are fantastic places to eat. Conveniently, there was a big market 2 minutes walk from the place too! I highly recommend staying here!

We will be returning!

This was our first time in Nerja and we really enjoyed it, what a wonderful place. Steffens accommodation is superb. It’s spotlessly clean, contemporary and having access to your own pool really adds a nice balance to explore Nerja, with a lovely bit of chill time thrown in. Ruben who looked after us during our stay, was attentive and any time we had a querya question, dealt with it in an efficient and friendly way. Highly recommended and we will be returning!

Everything I need was just a couple of minutes away

Been to Nerja a few times so I knew which area that suited me best and this was it. Everything I need was just a couple of minutes away. Supermarket, bakery bus station, and beautiful Orange Square to sit and have something to eatdrink and watch the world go by. Shops and restaurants also a few minutes away but yet a quiet location within reach of everything needed to have a great holiday.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Firstly the apartment was perfect, looked exactly like the photo’s. We felt right at home straight away. The bed was very comfortable, slept very well during our stay. Overall the apartment is well equipped but could do with some more wardrobe hangers. The location is perfect, there is so much available nearby. Would highly recommend this place. I’d also say that Steffen was great, very helpful and always on hand to answer questions, very efficient.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The outside area and pool was really the highlight of the apartment! The apartment had everything we needed and was extremely clean. The bed was also extremely comfortable. It’s also in a great location with the supermarket only a few minutes walk away and not far from the centre of the town. While the outside are was lovely I will say that the current photos of the terrace area on the listing are not up to date. There is currently a building site behind the back which was a bit of a surprise to us when we arrived. I have seen a a few of the reviews which mention how peaceful and quiet the apartment is but due to the building work we found it was quite noisy throughout the week, although I’m sure this will not be the case once the work is completed. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very helpful and responsive.
