Enjoy an incredible stay at this unique location; from the master suite, you’ll see the majestic Arenal Volcano.
The house features large windows that let in fresh air and natural light. It spans over 500 m² on a lot of more than 10,000 m² and includes a large swimming pool. There is an additional charge per person, per night ( $55), for groups of more than 6 guests.
Ideal for families, groups of friends, weddings, and birthday celebrations.
Located 2 km from city centre La Fortuna, near resorts, supermarkets, restaurants, and souvenir shops.
The space
The house has two floors:
Second floor:
Here you’ll find the master bedroom, which features a large closet, a balcony, and large windows that let in natural light—through which you can see the beautiful Arenal Volcano. The bedroom has a private bathroom.
This floor also features another bedroom, separate from the master bedroom. The two rooms are connected via the door leading to the closet, and if both are occupied, guests will share the bathroom.
This second floor is ideal for a couple with children, as they can connect the rooms and share the bathroom without any inconvenience.

Ground floor:
The rest of the house and the bedrooms are located in this area.

Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5:
Each features a queen-size bed, closet, fan, air conditioning, large windows, and a private bathroom.

Laundry Room:
A spacious area with a washing machine, dryer, sink, and cabinet.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel oven, a 4-burner induction cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator, and other utensils so you can cook any dish.

TV Rooms:
There are two TV rooms where you can watch local channels or Netflix—just log in with your own account. One room is inside the house, and the other is on the terrace, next to the BBQ grill and overlooking the pool. Next to this room, there’s a small lounge with small armchairs for children.

Living room:
Located inside the house, it features large windows that let in natural light, where you can relax while reading a good book or enjoying a nice conversation.

The Pool:
Inside the pool, there is a small section that is approximately 1 metre deep; the rest of the pool ranges in depth from 1.10 m to 1.40 m.
