Quiet time is from 10 pm to 9 am on the balcony and downstairs common areas. No smoking inside the apartment and in the common area to avoid a fine.

Ocean Beach is one of the few beaches in San Diego that still offers free parking, which means it attracts both locals and tourists—especially on weekends. That said, if you’re willing to walk a block or two, you can usually find parking and enjoy the nice coastal climate along the way.

Host went above and beyond. Neighborhood probably best for adults only, we didn't see many children in that area. Overall was a great stay, the unit was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible.

Ocean Beach is a lively and well-known tourist destination, particularly popular with young adults and families. Outside of the school holiday period, especially since schools resumed in January, the beach is noticeably quieter, with far fewer children in sight. However, during school holidays—most notably in the summer months—the shoreline transforms into a vibrant, bustling space filled with families, children playing in the sand, and a lively holiday atmosphere.

Great Stay, perfect location!

We had a really wonderful time during our stay! The location is perfect--walking distance to both the beach and restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. It was also a very dog friendly place, complete with small dog bed, bowls and towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking is challenging late in the night but not as difficult during the day as I have been staying at the property myself the last 3 months to remodel and update the apartments.

What a perfect place to stay in Ocean Beach! Steps from the beach, an easy walk into the heart of Ocean Beach as well. The unit is pristine clean, loaded with amenities for the beach, family games, and the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to stay in and cook. Beautiful patio area to hang out in! The host is warm and gracious, super responsive and checked in on us to ensure our comfort. Will always stay here when visiting Ocean Beach! !
