Great Area and Cozy Small apartment

It was great. Host was very helpful and responsive online, perfect area close to Montmart and close to a main station, with a nice boulangerie across the street. However the AC is not allowed in the building so keep that in mind

Host was very responsive and the place was clean. Flat was in a perfect location to access all the destinations in and around Paris. Perfect stay for a couple that will spend most of their time wandering around the city.

Great location

We fit into this little cocooning flat with the bed suspended above the sitting area. Very clever how it comes down for sleeping. It had everything we needed. Hedi was very responsive.

Great Location

Everything was advertised as expected. Close to restaurants, the metro, and within walking distance of some tourist locations. We had a great time!

Great place to stay for a city break

Me and my partner booked this place only 3 weeks before our trip as a last minute getaway. The place for its location was great value for money as everywhere else was more expensive and further out of the city. The flat is small (a heads up) but is perfect if you just want somewhere in the city on the doorstep to all the tourist attractions to sleep and get ready for the day. The host was more than helpful and accommodating with self check in and check out and have clear instructions. The area where it’s located has a huge array of food and drink options, near an area called “cadet” which has lovely restaurants. It was a 5 min walk to the metro to get to the arc de triumph, Eiffel Tower and all attractions. The design of the bed to be pulled down from the ceiling is a great way of maximising the space of the place. I would definitely recommend this place to a couple or a party of 2 (no more than 2) for a city break in Paris if you are just looking for somewhere central to sleep for value for money. The only downfall was the bathroom had a weird smell to it and could have been cleaned out a bit better

Very nice stay

The flat is really tiny, but cleverly furnished. Just about ok for me and the two girls for four nights. Excellent communication with host. Very nice area, centrally located ( near Montmartre and Gare du Nord). Value/ Price- Rate is ok/good

Very nice!

I would recommend this Place. it was smallest as we thought, but that's not a reason for giving less stars. This small studio is very nice, it has a small kitchen with the basics and little bit more. I will do it again, very charmy. The welcome was a super service! We got a big box of fine chocolates and some other sweeties as welcome. Very clean and tidy. The contact every time via WhatsApp was very useful and very polite. We were very pleased to be there for a hole week. Thanks again!

Very well equipped apartment, great neighborhood!

Best-equipped apartment I’ve ever stayed at in Europe! Everything you need is there. Wonderful, lively neighborhood with lots of families. Boulangeries, epiceries, cafés, and restaurants right on the street. Metro a brief walk. Although it’s a lively area, the apartment was completely silent, as it’s in the rear of a courtyard, even during the fête de la musique. Host was kind and responsive. True that it is small, but good value. Recommend most highly!
