The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, and fridge with ice box, a utility with washing machine and dishwasher, a dining room, and a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a front garden with astroturf and furniture, an enclosed rear garden with astroturf, patio, and furniture, off-road parking for one car, and further roadside parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, btu sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.1 miles, and the river in 0.3 miles. Riverdale is a charming base for a Denbighshire escape.
