The bedrooms consist of over three floors: Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x double, 1 x second-floor twin, 1 x first floor bunkbeds. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture and covered area with hot tub. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and a highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. Note: The stairs to the second floor are quite steep, please take care. In town, you can visit the Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary and hang out with seals and other tame creatures. Skegness, an old-school coastal resort just a few miles down the coast, is home to many kid- and family-friendly activities. Instead, you could travel inland to the town of Louth, which is home to Georgian streets lined with Grade II listed buildings, St. James Church, a theatre, an art deco cinema, a museum, a golf course, a modern leisure centre complex, excellent shopping (including market days every week), and a wide variety of eateries to suit any palate.
