The property offers 4 bedrooms, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances to prepare meals, a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. On the ground floor are located the 2 double bedrooms, 1 small bedroom with a single bed and a large bathroom with a shower. The living area is large and flooded with natural light that makes this space extremely enjoyable for all its guests. The sofa in the living room can, if needed, converted into a double sofa bed. The loft houses the remaining sleeping area with 1 bedroom consisting of a French bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with shower. The loft alsoleads to the delightful terrace that offers a splendid view up the hill of Fiesole.

No AC in the apartment. Due to the lack of AC the bedroom in the loft ca be particularly hot in summertime.

BY TRAIN all our apartments can be reached by cab in a few minutes from Santa Maria Novella Station. On foot (name apt) is about 15 minutes from the station.

BY PLANE all our apartments can be reached by cab in about 20 minutes from Florence airport.

Standard check-in time: 15:00 - 19:00

**We generally allow check in anytime after 11:00, though we cannot guarantee the apartment will be cleaned until 15:00

Outside of the standard hours, it is mandatory to provide us with your flight/ train number or any other arrival details. There is an additional cost for late check-in: 19:00 -21:00 20 EURO | 21:00-23:00 40 EURO| 23:00 - 01:59 (next day) 70 EUR| After 02:00 on request
