Dear guest, we’re so happy you enjoyed your stay! It’s wonderful to hear the layout worked well for your group, with three comfortable bedrooms that each have their own bathroom. Being just steps from the Duomo yet on a quieter street really is the best of both worlds, and we’re glad you discovered the great restaurants, cafés and gelaterias a few blocks away. Having the washer and dryer partway through a long trip always helps too. Thank you for the honest note about the couch, which we’ve passed on to our team. As a clarification, since we operate in rental apartments and not hotels, we cannot provide or continuously replenish consumables such as paper towels, extra toilet paper, or garbage bags. We do, however, always provide an initial courtesy kit upon arrival. Regarding the cleaning, we would also like to inform you that we immediately arranged a deep cleaning; however, this was carried out after your check-out, as we only became aware of the situation at that time.
