Hidden away in the Kop van Noord-Holland on a small-scale holiday park (`t Zijpereilant) The dog is allowed and the beach is close by. You can be in Callantsoog or Schagen within 15 minutes by car, but it is also easy to do by bike. The large garden is fenced and offers plenty of privacy. If you like fishing, a fishing pass is included. The sunny terrace at the front has a comfortable lounge set out of the wind and in the sun. Behind, a large enclosed garden with canopy, wood-fired barrel sauna, 2 sunbeds, garden furniture and picnic table. Extra privacy thanks to extendable privacy screens.

Inside is a cosy large living room with a lounge sofa, the wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth. There is a large dining table with plenty of chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and 4-pit cooker.
There is ample kitchen inventory. If you want to rent with several families this is possible we have 4 houses all next to or opposite each other.

In the shed is room for your bikes. Downstairs is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a utility room with plenty of storage space, here is the washing machine and dryer.
In the backyard is a spacious canopy and a Finnish wood-fired barrel sauna.

Upstairs are 2x a 3-bedroom here are 3x a box spring 90/200.
You have a generous driveway for several cars. You park on private property.

Please note that this house is not at our main location, but at a small holiday park 1.5 km away. The holiday park has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (simple and unsupervised) accessible free of charge. There is also a playground at the park.

Holiday with several families and each stay in your own house. Annie 66 Kuitje 63 Kakelbont 62 and Bertus 61 are located together.
