A home away from home with all the amenities one could wish for is what you will find in this stylish yet comfortable duplex right in the city center. All major points of interest as well as the financial & business district are close by and within walking distance. The apartment is very quiet as on the top floor of the building. This apartment is ideal for both - private travel as well as businesss travel. High speed internet of up to 1G is available as well as a dedicated work space.
On the lower floor you will find an expansive living room with an integrated kitchen and an incredible room height of up to 5 meters with abundant natural light through the very high window as well as through the ceiling window. On the upper floor you have a dedicated work area which from you look down into the living room as well as the double bedroom and a spacious bathroom.
A/C is available throughout the apartment as well as heating via radiators. TV with the usual channels and apps is available as well.
Please note that this apartment is a duplex which means spaces are distributed on 2 different levels which are connected via stairs. You do not need to climb stairs to get to the apartment as you have an elevator available, however you will need to use the stairs inside the apartment.
