Impressive renovated apartment located in Plaza de España, next to Gran Vía, and beside the quintessential neighbourhood of the Madrid Scene, Malasaña, in the very heart of the city.



Fully equipped, it features 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 140 cm, and another with two single beds and 2 complete bathrooms, living room with sofa bed and open-plan kitchen. 100% silent. Heating and AC in each room.



Ideal for your business trips, family visits, or health-related purposes.

•⁠ ⁠This property is offered exclusively under a seasonal rental agreement in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos) and is intended solely to meet temporary accommodation needs. Reservations must be based on a duly justified temporary purpose, such as work, professional, academic, educational, medical, healthcare, family-related reasons, or any other temporary need other than the tenant's habitual residence. The availability of the property is also subject to the owner's own use during certain periods. Family of 4 with 2 teens, this was perfect for us and our too -short 3 nights in Madrid. Host was very helpful in getting us checked in. I had trouble accessing the directions because I was clicking on the link. Host then told me to rewrite the html code into my browser (all on my mobile) and then it was totally fine- and instantly worked. (Probably some internet/data issue on my part.) The space was VERY clean; loved that there were 2 bathrooms; efficient laundry machine; a bit smaller than the pictures, but it was totally fine for a home to come back to and regroup before going out and about. Neighborhood was very quiet with 2 lovely and delicious breakfast/lunch places 4 doors downhill. And it was 2-3 blocks from the train station and the lovely Plaza D'Espana. Easy walk to the Royal Palace. I HIGHLY recommend this place while staying in Madrid.

Great bang for your buck

*Calm street (at least in February) *Silent, all windows face inner patio and are double glazed. *AC/heater *Great location: lots of public transportation alternatives, 15 minute walk to many of the sights in the city. A handful of restaurants on the same block, many more within a couple. At Plaza España, you can find an awesome playground. There's a small market one block away, a larger one half a block further. *Well equiped and confortable. Great windows. Nice showers. *Seems safe, the Police Station has it's back entrance in the same street. *No elevator. Just one flight of stairs though. *Kitchen is basic, lacks an oven. Enough for a quick simple meal or breakfast. *The building is old, a bit ugly. The apartment doesn't get any sun. It certainly doesn't seem like it needs all those keys and locks. *The towel heaters don't work, as the heating is done through the AC system and not the radiators. *Matresses could be better. They were quite new at the time, but as time passes by they'll need an upgrade.
