Located in a very quiet area of Stanići village above the coastal road, you are a short drive to get anywhere. Restaurants, bars, and nearest grocery stores are around 1 to 1,5km far, but the car is recommended because you are located above the coastal road. A small Mediterranean town Omiš and Cetina River are 5km far from the property and there are many activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking, and cycling trails, water activities, and of course a lot of historical attractions in the old part of town.
Villa Admira Maria is a private property located on a fenced private plot of 406 sqm and offers 270 sqm of the very stylish and comfortable interior. The parking for 4 cars is secured in front of the villa, and the car is recommended.

You can also visit Makarska (25 min drive) or even the park of nature Biokovo which is above the town of Makarska. The beautiful beaches of Baška Voda are a 20 min drive but feel free to explore the crystal clear sea at Beach Tice 1,7km from the property.
