Mas De Roussan - Cuatro Habitaciones Villa, Capacidad 8
Within striking distance of one of Provence's most idyllic villages, Mas de Roussan is an elegant 18th century farmhouse just outside St-Rémy. With four stunning bedrooms, a beautiful private pool and glorious gardens, this stylish home is ideal for friends or families looking to stay in this captivating part of southern France.
This has been a labour of love for the owners who have restored this home with great respect and have created an absolute gem. Throughout the house you will appreciate the calm ambience and minimalist style whilst so many original features have been retained such as exposed stone, tiled floors or wood beams. Contemporary features complement antique pieces as the owners combine new and old Provence so seamlessly. The four air-conditioned bedrooms include romantic touches such as sumptuous canopies, French windows leading to Juliet balconies or luxurious bath or shower rooms.
Outside you can head to the pristine 13m long swimming pool surrounded by the stunning stone terrace or relax in a deckchair by the olive tree as you enjoy long summery afternoons in the vast and glorious gardens. Prepare feasts in the summer kitchen with its pizza oven and barbecue and enjoy al-fresco meals with friends and family as the sun sets on warm evenings and the starry sky appears.
It's a short drive or leisurely walk via country lanes to charming St-Rémy, well-known for being popular with artists including Vincent Van Gogh. In the summer months, on selected Sundays, the 'Route des Artistes' fills with local artists showing off their work creating a wonderful and bustling atmosphere. The village is also famous for its many restaurants, from down to earth bistros found on pretty narrow streets to Michelin starred establishments. Food lovers, don't miss the market on a Wednesday morning!
You are of course in the heart of this formidable area of vineyards, idyllic villages, world-renowned towns and summer landscapes of sunflowers and lavender both in Les Alpilles national park and beyond. Eygalières, Les Baux-de-Provence and Avignon are all within easy reach as well as Van Gogh's beloved Arles, mesmerising Luberon and the wonderful Camargue, which can easily be visited in a day.
Whether exploring the local markets, cycling through lavender fields or hiking through the magnificent countryside, this region is sure to offer memorable activities for all ages. At Mas de Roussan you will feel you are in the heart of the real Provence; character, charm and serenity in exquisite surroundings.

In the summer months, on selected Sundays, the ‘Route des Artistes’ fills with local artists showing off their work creating a wonderful and bustling atmosphere.
