This 60m2, five-bedroom apartment in Coimbra is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The apartment is on the eighth floor and is accessible by lift.

This is an Open-Space duplex, with the bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor and the living room and kitchen on the entrance floor.

The spacious living room features a sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features an expansive window that lets in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

This kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including a stove, oven and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

There are three bedrooms with a queen bed, one with a single bed and another with a sofabed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in the city's heart, this apartment is an ideal base to explore all the attractions Coimbra offers. Portugal dos Pequenitos, Sé Velha - Coimbra, and Honorato Coimbra are all nearby, while Via Lusitânia and Sabor and Arte are great places to grab a bite. This area is the perfect spot to soak up the local culture and get an authentic taste of Coimbra.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, São José, is just an 8-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 113-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
