The property is located just across the way of one of the fairways from the La Marquesa Golf Course, Ciudad Quesada. It's an ideal property if you wish to be able to walk to bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. all within a couple of minutes walking distance. If you are looking to play golf then the sleeping quarters are very compatible and with the club house just around the corner you couldn't get any closer. If golf isn't your thing then there is a wonderful communal pool which is a short walking distance away. And if you are a beachgoer then you'll be delighted to know that there are several blue flag beaches under 10km away.

The property is situated on a private road belonging to a nicely kept community. Once you arrive at the front entrance you'll see that there is space to park a car inside the plot, a nice shaded seating area. To enter the property itself there are a few steps to the front door and once you are in you'll see that the living area is set on all one level. There is an open kitchen with a dining table and the door to the outside patio and roof top solarium. From the living room you can access all 3 bedrooms and bathrooms.

The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.
