Step into a carefree world as you enter this beachfront haven adorned in boho style. Each corner exudes a whimsical atmosphere, with natural textures and eclectic furnishings that blend seamlessly with the tranquil beach surroundings. The meticulously chosen, hand crafted wooden furniture and unique pieces of decor add an artistic flair, creating a space that inspires both relaxation and creativity. Villa Vissalo boasts 4 en-suite bedrooms, spread across an expansive 220 square meters and can accommodate up to 8 guests.


Ground Floor
The spacious living area on the ground floor serves as the heart of the villa, boasting an open-plan design that seamlessly connects the indoors with the outdoors. Sink into plush sofas and armchairs, while the window wall offers stunning views of the shimmering sea just steps away, as well as the private pool and terrace. The seating area also offers a 43 smart TV, PS4 console, board games and a bluetooth speaker that will entertain guests of all ages.


Indulge in culinary delights prepared in the fully equipped single line kitchen, equipped with built-in appliances and savor a delightful homemade meal in the adjacent dining table. A pantry with wine cooler and a safety box is also available and the kitchen also provides direct access to the pool terrace and outdoor dining table.


The ground floor is also home to two of the bedrooms of Villa Vissalo. The first bedroom features 2 single beds (0,90X2,00) that can be joined together with a top matress upon request, 32 TV, clothes rack, full body mirror, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and direct access to the pool terrace. The second bedrooms also offers 2 single beds (0,90X2,00) that could be joined together if needed, 32 TV, clothes rack, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and direct outdoor access. Finally, a WC with washing machine is also at the guests disposal.


First floor
Reaching the first floor, guests will find the master bedroom with 1,60 X 2,00 bed, closet, 32 TV, clothes rack, full body mirror, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and direct access to a private balcony offering a seating area and enjoying breathtaking sea views that captivate both the eyes and the soul.


Additionally, from the first floor guests have access to a spacious veranda equipped with built-in sofas, coffee tables and 2 bean bag loungers that also benefits from the beautiful views of the sea, beach and the surrounding area.


Private Bedroom
From the pool terrace, guests can reach the fourth bedroom that is autonomous and has its own private entrance, offering autonomy and privacy among your group. This private bedroom features a 1,60 X 2,00 bed, closet, sofa, full body mirror, vanity, small fridge, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and of course it enjoys the beautiful sea vistas.


Outdoor area
The exterior of Villa Vissalo covers 410 m2 and showcases an array of lavish amenities that cater to your every need, as well as a lovely pool terrace where you can soak up the suns warmth while enjoying panoramic vistas of the sea. In more detail:
- Immerse yourself in the refreshing waters of the private, 36 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.5 m deep and enjoy the separate hydromassage compartment with step access. The pool area is equipped with 6 sun beds, side tables, 2 bean bag loungers and a poolside shower.
- The inviting BBQ space next to the pool, is naturally shaded and it boasts a gas grill, a compact fridge, outdoor sink and a bar height table with 2 bar stools and is perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink.
- Have a memorable alfresco dining experience on the outdoor dining area, as the sun dips below the horizon, painting the sky with a palette of colors.
- There is plenty of space for kids to play outdoors and the ping pong table will also keep them busy. For those who wish to stay active during holiday yoga equipment is also provided (mats, balls and bricks).
- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security to our guests, as well as 3 parking spots inside the Villa premises.
- Just a step away from the beach, as you have direct access to a sand and pebble beach in front of the property.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
