Close to the beach and sea views, in a residence, the house is composed on the ground floor of a private parking garage, two terraces and a garden party.

The first floor consists of a sea view terrace with garden furniture (shaded quickly in the morning), a living room with side kitchen with 4 electric hobs, grill microwave, washing machine, dishwasher

and separate toilet.

On the upper floor you

Cette location a tout pour passer de bonne vacances acces à la plage en 1minute, proche de tout, commerces, canal, animations, la voiture est à l'abri à l'ombre et on s'y sent bien si l'année prochaine je retourne dans le même endroit je la reloue je la recommande

Très bon séjour auprès de cette location qui est bien situer auprès de la mer. Marseillan plage est à quelques minutes à pieds. Très bonne situation. Et très bon logement agréable et bonne prestation. L hôte agréable et gentille. Mon fils souhaite y retourner l été prochains merci
