Badesse Apartment - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

Cozy apartment, centrally located.  Strategic location, just a few minutes walk from Santa Croce Catherdral and the Duomo. Located on the first floor of a typical Florentine building with no elevator. The apartment consists of: two double bedrooms with with option single beds; a living area with dining table and sofa a kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, small oven, dishes, utensils; bathroom with shower. Washing machine and wifi connection available for guests.Air conditioning in the two bedrooms and living room. One set of towels and bed linen available to each guest. Located in lively and dynamic neighborhood, full of services, restaurants and typical shops. It is possible to walk comfortably to the city's main attractions. The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. You can park in a paid garage nearby.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).

Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
