On a beautifully landscaped 600 m² property sit two standalone units: an elegant villa for four guests and a charming bungalow for two, each featuring its own private heated pool.The location is exceptionally peaceful, ideal for anyone seeking a relaxing escape far from city noise and crowds. It’s a perfect base for exploring the entire island, especially the picturesque towns of Vrbnik, Dobrinj, and Baška.The villa’s ground floor offers a spacious kitchen, living area, and dining space, while the upper floor includes two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large covered terrace with comfortable outdoor seating.One pet is welcome, and additional pets may be accepted upon prior request and an extra fee. Guests share the courtyard with guests from the second unit. Distances: restaurant 4000m, shop 1500m, center 4000m, sea 3500m, beach 3500m, airport 16000m.
