Modernes Ferienhaus mit schöner Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage nahe Krk

Das Ferienhaus San Michele sieht in echt genauso auf wie auf den Bildern. Es ist sehr sauber, modern und ansprechend ausgestattet und die Betreuung durch die Eigentümer ist ausgezeichnet. Das Haus ist prima für eine Familie oder 2 Paare geeignet, da die Schlafzimmer gleich groß sind und auch zwei Bäder vorhanden sind. Auch Küche und Eßplatz sind ausreichend groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Den Pool haben wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht genutzt. Das Haus liegt ruhig und man hat vom OG einen schönen Blick ins Grüne bzw. ins Tal. Für Hundebesitzer würde ich das Ferienhaus nur eingeschränkt empfehlen, da es zwar komplett eingezäunt ist, jedoch kein Garten, Sträucher, Baum, o.ä. vorhanden sind. Das Grundstück ist fast komplett gefliest. Dies sollte man als Hundebesitzer wissen.

High-end vacation!

Das Haus war absolut toll. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und das Haus war einwandfrei. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir waren mit 2 Hunden dort und es hat alles wunderbar im Garten geklappt. Alles war sicher für die Hunde und wir hatten sehr viel Spaß. Sollten wir mal wieder nach Krk reisen, dann definitiv in dieses Haus! Es hat alles was man in seinem Urlaub benötigt und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war ganz toll. Sie hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. :)

Wir dürfen 2 Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbringen. Es war sehr sauber, der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag bzw zur Zubereitung von Speisen benötigt. Die Töpfe, Pfannen und das Geschirr befinden sich in einem sehr guten Zustand und sind in ausreichender Menge verfügbar. Beide Bäder befinden sich in einem tadellosen Zustand. In den Schlafzimmern hatten wir genug Platz für Gepäck und ein Zustellbett für das jüngste Familienmitglied. Die Vermieterin ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen und erholsamen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus.

Great stay!

Das Haus ist super neu und es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und ein Grill steht draußen auch bereit. Wenn es zu warm wird, sorgt der Pool für Abkühlung. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und das gute ist, dass die Besitzerin direkt Next door wohnt und so kurze Kommunikationswege möglich sind. Einzig die Kissen der Betten sind verbesserungswürdig … diese sind einfach viel zu Hoch (sicherlich auch eine Frage des Geschmacks / Schlaftypen ;)).

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Die Mieter wohnen direkt nebenan, haben sich immer um alles gekümmert, obwohl es nicht viel war, da bereits alles perfekt gewesen ist. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, schöner Pool, alles da, was man braucht. Ein Restaurant ist gleich in der Nähe, aber zum Strand muss man natürlich fahren. Alles in Allem ein außergewöhnlicher Urlaub mit sehr netten „Nachbarn „. Ich hoffe, wir können wieder kommen….danke, hvala

Fijn verblijf in een prachtig vakantiehuis

We hebben een week erg genoten in dit mooie en moderne vakantiehuis met een prachtig uitzicht. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Echt een aanrader op Krk, de woning ligt op een prima lokatie om het mooie eiland te verkennen!
