This home was very clean and provided most necessities. There was a shortage of linens and no spices or cleaning and laundry products were provided. Other than these few shortages the overall experience was great..

Excellent Experience

We were very satisfied with our visit. We would book the property again. The only negative was that the floors were dirty. Walk around the house and your feet or socks were black.

Wonderful Stay at Springfield

Great property - loved 55+ vibe! Unit is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a garage, full size fridge; washer / dryer (careful using dryer - our close got hot to the touch); cooking utensils. Unit could sleep as many as 4 comfortably. Management company is excellent and communicate clearly and promptly. Nice clubhouse with pool and exercise facility only a short walk from unit. Also about 2 mins away from a Kroger grocery store. Only downside is it is in South Chandler which equates to a minimum of 25 min drive to good hiking trails.

AZ Stay

The house was lovely and very conveniently located to the community Recreation center. The neighbors were very helpful and friendly. The tile floors needed a good steam cleaning. We would stay there again. The Elite Staff was very prompt with answering any questions that we had.

Truly Turnkey

Stayed here for 3+ months and anything you'd want tu have in your home was provided from random cooking utensils, to the two bikes in the garage... Everything we needed during our stay was already on site. Well thought out

Great location. It’s a quick walk to the Rec center and pool. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The home is very comfortable and all the basics you need are provided. Property manager is readily available. We were extremely happy with our experience.
