LOVED this condo!! It is spacious, clean, modern/beautifully decorated and the pool table was a huge plus for my family. It came stocked with the basics and we didn't need a thing. The location is beyond perfect - just a few blocks from Broadway, yet nice and quiet. We already talked about coming back!! Highly recommend.

LOVED everything about our stay in Nashville! Awesome place to relax, have a few drinks, play pool and rest from all the Nashville fun! Just a few minute walk to all the hot spots in downtown. Celebrated our sons 21st birthday and Memorial Day weekend! Will be back!

We are local and rented this property to host friends coming to Nashville. The condo was very well appointed (especially the kitchen which we usually find lacking necessities in rentals) and clean. Perfect gathering space for our group! We didn’t find noise to be an issue being on the upper end of 2nd Ave. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

We all had a great time in Nashville! The place was a perfect location-close to Broadway etc! The apartment was perfect for 3 couples! We loved how it was decorated AND really enjoyed the pool table!!!

Perfect stay

We loved the house! It was so cozy, clean, and within walking distance to Broadway. The house had so much charm and plenty of space for three couples. I would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway in Nashville

We loved how close we were to everything. Great place and beautifully decorated. The living room is huge and so nice for our group of six to hang out and shoot pool. We will definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable high end rental!
