Panoramic Villa is located in Certaldo, in the heart of Tuscany, a few kilometers from the major tourist attractions of Tuscany such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and San Gimignano.
The villa is situated in a beautiful panoramic position, overlooking the towers of San Gimignano, the hills, olive groves and gullies.
The completely independent villa is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 9 people (in addition to infants).
On the ground floor are the kitchen/dining room, living room and a service bathroom with laundry.
The kitchen has an induction hob, grill and steam oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and espresso machine. At guests' disposal a practical fireplace for grilling and a high chair for children.
The living room features a queen sleeper sofa and fireplace.
Upstairs there are 1 triple bedroom with double bed and single bed for children up to 10/12 years with en suite bathroom with tub/shower, 1 double bedroom with joinable beds, 1 double bedroom and 1 further bathroom with shower. From the kitchen/dining room and from the living room there is access to a panoramic terrace equipped with electric awning, table and chairs for eating al fresco. On the terrace there is also a heated whirlpool for 5 people and a relaxation area.
At guests' disposal also a small covered outdoor gym, barbecue, private parking.
