Inside, the flat offers a large and bright living room with dining area, TV, sofa corner and fully equipped kitchenette with oven, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher and cooking equipment.

The flat is air-conditioned and heated and has Wifi. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and bunk bed, the other with double bed. The bathroom has a shower, WC, bidet and washbasin, as well as a washing machine and dryer.

The flat is perfect to escape the hustle and bustle of the resorts and relax surrounded by nature. The complex is quiet and has free parking. Within a few minutes you can reach the motorway exit of Sirmione, the resorts of Desenzano, Sirmione and Peschiera as well as wonderful restaurants in the vicinity of the flat. Pozzolengo has a supermarket, bars and shops and can be reached by bike in 10 minutes.
