Located in the most characteristic street of the historic center of Rivoltella, a few meters from the lake and the beach. The completely restored apartment blends traditional elements and modern spaces in perfect harmony to guarantee functionality, elegance, privacy and relaxation. Located on the mezzanine floor (without elevator), the house develops on two levels. The first type open space with large living room and kitchen with a suggestive terrace; the second, with sloping ceilings with wooden ceilings, offers a welcoming and familiar sleeping environment with the master bedroom and the guest bedroom interspersed with a large bathroom with shower. The village offers the main services: bakery, newsagent, bar, pizzeria, ice cream shop. The restaurant in front of the apartment provides takeaway gastronomy, wine bar and restaurant and is owned by the holiday home. For this reason, guests can enjoy a discount for their lunches and dinners.
