Ground Floor
Open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room covering the entire ground floor with windows at both ends.
Kitchen area. Recently refitted with electric cooker, black sink unit, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Ample storage and solid oak work surfaces and breakfast bar.
Dining area. Extending dining table and seating for 6.
Sitting room area. Comfortable 2 seat and 3 seat settees and a single armchair. Coffee table, TV/DVD and iPod docking station. Modern flame electric fire.

First Floor
Bedroom 1. Twin beds, built-in combination wardrobe and wash basin.
Bedroom 2. Double bed, pine chest of drawers and built-in hanging cupboard and wash basin.
Bathroom. Cottage bath with electric shower over and folding shower screen, wash basin and WC. Airing cupboard and immersion heater.

Second Floor
Bedroom 3. Loft room with panoramic views of the Island and sea beyond from one side and view over rooftops to Godrevy Beach on the other. Twin beds tucked under low dormer roof and chest of drawers.

Porthia Cottage is accessed at street level in Burrow Road.
Heating is provided by modern, thermostatically controlled electric wall-mounted heaters in each room.

Well-trained dogs are accepted by arrangement.
