Curlew Cottage is a gorgeous two-bedroom cottage situated in Lelant, a charming village on the main road to Carbis Bay and St Ives. This beautifully decorated holiday home is arranged over two floors and is well-equipped for families and couples alike and benefits from being dog friendly. It is interspersed with original features such as a homely wood burner and a delightful, enclosed garden and patio perfect for those cosy nights in or dining alfresco after a busy day exploring.

The traditional yet chic open plan living area welcomes you as you enter through the front door. The Lounge area has two brightly coloured sofas, a wall-mounted Smart TV and a stunning traditional stone inglenook wood burner.

The kitchen is well equipped with an American fridge/ freezer, double electric oven and two ring ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Leading off the kitchen you will find a dining room with a statement light fitting over the table and seating for six, perfect for entertaining.

The master bedroom on the first floor and has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and a wall mounted TV. It has a contemporary yet nautical theme and along with the cool grey palette, high ceilings and Velux windows it fashions an exceptionally light and airy room.

The second bedroom is also on the first floor. This room has two single beds, ample storage, a small sofa, and a quaint window seat to watch the world go by.

On the first floor there is a large walk in rainfall shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

There is a delightful private garden with a patio area at the back with a kettle barbeque, perfect for al fresco dining. There is also a small terrace area with seating where you can enjoy a glass of wine bathing in the Cornish sunshine.
