Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This cozy 90 m² apartment in Torremolinos offers a complete experience for up to 5 people, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located just 50 metres from Bajondillo Beach. Ideal for those seeking comfort and proximity to the sea, it is situated in a beautiful community with well-maintained gardens and a communal swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Additionally, it includes a numbered parking space in the rate and access via lift or stairs.
The apartment stands out for its 8 m² terrace with outdoor furniture, from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and the mountain. The living-dining room, spacious and bright, has a sofa, television and a wooden family table to share unforgettable moments. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine and small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and juicer, making the preparation of all your meals easier.
The two bedrooms have single beds and space to store luggage, one of them with a small independent glazed terrace, ensuring tranquillity and privacy. The apartment is air-conditioned with centralised air conditioning and a heat pump for greater comfort throughout the year.
The location is unbeatable: surrounded by beach bars, bars, shops and high-end restaurants on the seafront promenade, with easy access to public transport (bus and train) and by car. You can rent bicycles to explore the coast and reach natural landscapes such as the mouth of the Guadalhorce River, where you will find bird observatories and green areas to enjoy with family. It is also ideal for visiting nearby attractions such as Aqualand, Selwo Marina and recognized golf parks.
