The living room leads to the balcony, fitted with a table and chairs perfect for outdoor meals. The house, equipped with air conditioning in the hallway, continues with the two bedrooms: the first furnished with a queen-size bed and closet, and the second one with a comfortable double sofa bed, closet, TV, desk, and French window overlooking the apartment's balcony. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.

In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail.

In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmonione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera.
