The bright 70sqm Dream View apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the first floor, in a panoramic position just 500 metres from the lakeside walk and beach and about 1 km from the historic centre of Lazise, rich in shops, ice cream parlours and restaurants. The apartment has a large living area with a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, refrigerator and freezer, small oven, pod coffee machine, toaster. The living room has a comfortable sofa and TV (no satellite) and overlooks a magnificent terrace with a view of the Lake and the historic Pergolana villa. The terrace is equipped with sunbeds, table and chairs to enjoy romantic sunset dinners. Double bedroom and small bedroom with two single beds, windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning, wifi and garage available to guests. Condominium swimming pool a few metres from the apartment (opening guaranteed from 20/04/2025 to 30/09/2025). Small animals are allowed with a supplement. Smoking is prohibited in the house.



Special Regarda: wine tasting in a typical local winery included in the price!



The final price is composed of:

- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner, on behalf of whom Regarda acts

- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, sheets, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.

Top location, high quality appartement

Beautiful view on the lake from the appartement and terras. Different every day. Regarda was not able to deliver the appartment that we had booked. Since we explicitely wanted that specific appartement we had booked it a year in advance. Regarda, did offer us an acceptable alternative, but not any compensation for the fact that they did not deliver what was agreed. That was disappointing.

Men der er en meget smuk udsigt, og ikke ret langt til Lazise by.

Vi boede en uge i lejligheden. Regarda Travel var meget hjælpsomme. Markisen var i stykker og blev lavet to dage efter. Der er 100 meter til poolen - ikke få meter, som der står i annoncen. Man skal selv have liggestole med - ellers må man ligge på græsset. Der er ikke toilet ved poolen. Man må ikke spille bold ved poolen. Lejligheden bliver meget varm, aircon er i gangen og kommer ikke til sin ret i værelserne og må ikke sættes lavere end 24 grader. Der er et besværligt system med mange nøgler, både for at komme ind og ud ved poolen og ind og ud af porten til lejligheden. Der er kun 1 nøgle til poolen = lidt svært når man er 4 voksne mennesker. Men der er en meget smuk udsigt, og ikke ret langt til Lazise by.

We’re really happy to hear you appreciated the beautiful view — it’s certainly one of the highlights of this accommodation, and we’re also glad you found our team helpful during your stay Regarding the pool rules: unfortunately, games like ball playing are not allowed, but this is part of the condominium regulations, which we must all respect and cannot change ourselves. As for the air conditioning, thank you for bringing it up. We'd like to explain why the system is limited to a minimum of 23–24°C: The temperature limit has been intentionally set to balance comfort, environmental concerns, and the technical functioning of the unit. In our region, outside temperatures in summer often reach 35–40°C with high humidity. Setting the AC too low (e.g., 19–20°C) can create extreme differences between indoor and outdoor air, which not only affects health but also risks damaging the system. Units may start leaking condensationswitch to protection mode, causing them to stop working entirely. This is why we use smart controls to maintain a stable and healthy indoor temperature. From experience, a setting of 23–25°C with reduced humidity already ensures a fresh environment. For example, in our office we set it to 27°C and it stays very comfortable. Also, by law in Italy (Decrees No. 412/93 and 551/99), the minimum summer temperature must be 26°C (with a tolerance of 2°C), and we must comply as professional hosts. Regarding the pool distance and access keys: We understand that for families it's more convenient to have two access keys to the pool, so we’ll make sure to leave an extra copy in the apartment. Stunning view

Starší apartmán, s krásným výhledem na jezero. Jen pozor, klíče se musí vyzvednout a odevzdat na jiném místě, ne u apartmánu, což nám trochu přidělalo starosti, jakožto cestující bez vozidla. Výhled na jezero a západy slunce ale vše vynahradily.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Fantastische tijd gehad in Lazise!

Fantastische tijd gehad in Lazise! Prachtige woning, precies zoals omschreven. Heel netjes en fijn ontvangen bij Regarda en ook was het tussentijds contact aangenaam. En dat uitzicht van de woning verveelt nooit... kortom zowel Regarda als de woning een aanrader!
