* Hilton Pool Pass available for all stays in 2018. Enjoy the 3 beautiful pools of the Hilton Waikoloa, which include exciting slides, beautiful waterfalls, lazy river pool, and grottos. There is also a man-made lagoon where you can snorkel and kayak. Great for families with young children. This daily pass allows up to 6 people a day to use the pools, receive towel service, and get free parking for 1 car. (The Hilton is a 2 minute drive from our place.)
This is a 1900 square foot entertainment haven! This town home is ready for some fun! Come play pool on our pool table. The living room boasts a 50 inch flat panel TV with DVD player and surround sound system. All the rooms have flat panel TVs and DVD players. This property is outfitted with PS3, video games, board games and movies.
This townhome has three bedrooms and three full baths. The king bedroom has a 42 inch flat panel TV, private lanai, walk-in shower, bathtub and double sink vanity. The second suite has a queen bed and private bath with tub/shower. The loft has a full-sized futon.
Just outside the living room slider on the lanai is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ for your enjoyment. Steps away from there you will find the cabana, pool and jacuzzi.
Our unit is well appointed with everything you will need to make your visit just perfect. A completely stocked beach locker with beach chairs, boogie boards, ice chests, and beach towels. Just a quick 10 minute stroll to the very popular 'Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) for lots of beach activities.
We are literally just across the street from the Queen's Marketplace and the Kings Shops which have a Starbucks, restaurants, bars, food court, groceries, farmer's market, clothing and souvenir stores, ice cream shop, bike rentals, and so much more.

My husband, Lars, is a business consultant and I (Sherry) am a elementary school teacher. We live in the suburbs of Los Angeles, CA. We have been visiting Hawaii for almost 20 years now. We love all the islands, but we came to really enjoy the relaxed, low key atmosphere of the Big Island. It really is a 'big' island and there is so much to do. Where else can you experience sunny beaches, tropical rainforest, desert. snowy mountains, temperate forests and grassy plains all on one island? We chose the Waikoloa Beach Villas for its fantastic location next to upscale shopping and restaurants and the almost always sunny weather of the South Kohala coast. We enjoy getting coffee at Starbucks, then taking the breathtaking, scenic stroll between the Marriot and Hilton hotels. (Pathway starts at the beach volleyball court at the Marriot.)

Our condo is spacious and bright with all the best household amenities, such as a fully loaded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We have a pool table, video games, DVDs and games for great family entertainment.

Our families enjoyed the location, next to the pool, close to the public beach, and the ground floor is an open layout. Access to the shops at the the Queen's market was very ease and walkable and car access to other amenities via the road system was ease. We enjoyed our stay!

This place had everything!
The townhouse was spacious, clean, and in a great quiet location. It is walking distance to shops and eateries and a short drive to the beach. It included swim passes to the Hilton pool for those that like to hang out at the pool. There's also a small pool just around the corner if you don't want to drive to the Hilton. The owners had beach chairs, umbrellas, boards, and coolers available for beach use.

Pool table, amount of space and Hilton access
The property was ver clean and was very well equipped for children and inparticular our 8 month old baby. We had so much space and loved the pool table which came in handy for passing the time when our baby napped. We also loved the complementary Hilton access. We would stay here again if we return.
