We are happy to read that you enjoyed the **decoration**, the comfortable sofa and TV, the space of the apartment and the welcome on arrival with the tour and local recommendations, and we truly appreciate you highlighting these positive aspects. We are very sorry instead for the issues you mention regarding some dishes not perfectly cleaned and the Nespresso machine not working properly; this is below our usual standards and we have already passed this on to our housekeeping and maintenance teams so that it does not happen again. If we had known during your stay, we would have been glad to come by, recheck the kitchen equipment and replace the coffee machine immediately. As for the noise, the apartment is located right by the historic market area, which is very lively and can be busy and a bit noisy during the day, especially in the mornings; on the other hand, as you noticed in January, evenings can feel much quieter and at times a bit desolate compared to the summer months, when restaurants and bars are more active. The firmness of the mattresses is indeed very subjective, but we will keep your comment in mind when we next review the bedding.
