A superb property on a quiet side street in the heart of vibrant Uppermill. Convenient for Manchester, the Peak District National Park and benefits from a train station within walking distance.. 1 step to entrance.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet
Second Floor:
Bedroom 2: Zip And Link Super Kingsize Bed (2 x Singles On Request), Smart TV. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Patio with garden furniture. Lawned back garden (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 5 steps in the garden.. Nestled on a quiet side street in the heart of Uppermill is the wonderful Co Operative Cottage. With its tastefully decorated interior and beautiful blend and co-ordination of comfortable furnishings, it provides a warm and inviting atmosphere in which to relax and unwind whilst making yourself at home. Set out over three floors each of the bedrooms are well appointed and the kitchen is fully equipped to cook up a storm should you wish. Externally there’s a private patio plus a lawned garden that’s shared with the other properties on the small row. Private roadside parking is also allocated outside for one car.
The real pièce de résistance however is the superb central location within this incredibly popular village. Uppermill is a vibrant, picturesque village brimming with real character and natural beauty. As you step outside a quick hop, skip and jump will take you to quaint shops, charming cafes, and traditional pubs where you can sample delicious local cuisine. Take a leisurely stroll along the picturesque Huddersfield Narrow Canal or explore the historic architecture that tells the tale of Uppermill’s rich heritage. Set beneath the rugged moors of the Pennines and on the edge of the Peak District National Park means nature enthusiasts will be delighted by the stunning landscapes that surround them. Lace up your hiking boots and embark on scenic trails through the rolling hills and verdant valleys of the nearby countryside. Saddleworth Moor, located just a short distance away, offers breathtaking views and a real opportunity to connect with nature and other nearby attractions such as the impressive Castleshaw Roman Forts and the iconic Standedge Tunnel provide fascinating glimpses into the region’s past.
