Welcome to our holiday home. It has everything you need a relaxing stay just 5 minutes from Heachams famous South beach. On site you will find restaurant and an indoor pool .There is also a handy convenience store on site.


As a self-catering caravan you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers a flat screen television with Freeview.



This caravan has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains a double bed.
In the lounge you will find a double sofa bed .There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The en suite bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen is included to make your stay more enjoyable. Bath towels ,cot and highchair hire is available.Prices on request.

After a busy day visiting the many local attractions why not relax in the site pool followed by a drink or meal in the restaurant?. Both are open until 25th October.Passes for the pool ,kids club and club are required at all times and are not included in your booking and are available from site reception at extra cost

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10 am. Early check-in and late check-out times are available at extra cost. Charges on request.
- Smoking is not allowed.

- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.

- Pets are allowed at the property but a maximum of 2 due to site rules. Please inform us on booking if you wish to bring your pet.

No commercial vehicles are allowed on site due to local bylaws.
