When you enter this detached, modern furnished holiday home, you will find everything you need for a well-deserved holiday. From the entrance area, you access a storage room – perfect for bicycles – and a separate toilet with washbasin. The spacious, bright living room features a comfortable XXL sofa and two armchairs. Around the corner, the dining table connects to the fully equipped open kitchen. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and a boxspring bed (180 x 200 cm).

A spiral staircase between the living and dining area leads to the upper floor with three bedrooms, each with a boxspring bed (180 x 200 cm) that can be separated if desired. The large bathroom includes a walk-in shower, bathtub, double washbasin, and toilet, offering a high level of comfort and luxury.

The green garden with its south-facing, partly covered terrace is ideal for social evenings. The outdoor fireplace adds extra coziness, while sunny spots in the garden invite you to fully relax.
