Cozy apartment, suitable for families or groups of friends,  consists of:  two double bedrooms with single or double beds, a living area with dining table and sofa and a kitchen equipped with hob, fridge,  oven, washing machine and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Air conditioning and wifi in the apartment. Located in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, full of services, restaurants and typical shops. The main attractions of the city can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area. You can park in a paid garage nearby.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
