The villa is situated in the Sierras de Mijas hillside, in a quiet location only a 10 - 15 minute walk or a short drive to the white washed village of Mijas.
The property has an open plan living area with a superb lounge and dining area with direct access to the sunny terraces, breathtaking views and newly renovated swimming pool. The pool can be heated in the winter for an additional fee. Please enquire. A new modern fully equipped kitchen and a separate utility area with washing machine.
Upstairs their is a master bedroom with a double bed and newly refurbished ensuite shower room.
Downstairs there is two double bedrooms sharing a family bathroom and a further double with ensuite.. There is also a further sitting area with television.
Mijas Pueblo is very popular with tourists and holidaymakers as it has the authenticity the village provides of the Spanish way of life with cobbled streets, white washed walls and array of artisan shops and boutiques to the man traditional festivals celebrated from the main plaza (square) sat centrally in the village. There are many places to eat and have a drink for everyones taste and is a perfect base for a truly memorable holiday. This property is suitable for all ages, families, and friends wishing to enjoy the comfort of a private villa.
The beautiful beaches of Fuengirola is only a 15 minute drive and the the nearest Airport is Malaga only 20 minutes by car.
