Sa Riba Apartment in Ibiza Town

The apartment is at the scenic end of Calle de La Virgen, a pedestrian area with many quaint cocktail bars & restaurants. Quiet in low-season, while in summer months lively with voices of people enjoying themselves late into the night.

January 2023 update: the apartment has been refurbished with a beautiful turquoise-green micro-cement floor, freshly painted walls, new kitchen cupboards, new dining table, and upgraded bathroom fittings.

THE SPACE:

Sa Riba is located on the first floor of this house designed by Erwin Broner. A traditional Ibizan staircase leads from the private entrance on Calle de la Virgen to the first floor where there is an open plan living room with kitchenette (with electric hob, washing machine and dishwasher). The bathroom with shower has been renovated in Ibizan style, while the small double bedroom offers plenty of space with a built-in wardrobe. The balcony in the living room looks onto the street below and offers partial views of Ibiza harbour.

You will have Sa Riba all to yourself.

Other things to note

You may check-in at any time of your choosing, as there is a secure key box outside the door. We will inform you of the code prior to your arrival.

Our professional property manager who has lived on the island for many years will have left your keys there, cleaned the property ahead of your arrival and arranged all bed linen and towels. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, this may be arranged with her at an additional cost.
